_{4/10/12 - Point system is launched! There is a possible FIVE star ranking for each horse. I have attempted to balance things to favor RPing with your horse and not just chronically showing, however it is only possible to become a three star horse without showing. Lineage and offspring provides a minimal point increase (overall point totals will be worth something later) to provide slight reward to those who DO have lineage but in such a way as to not penalize those who don't. Additionally, at this time, a horse qualifies as 'registered' so long as the reference image is in the proper gallery folder.}

I have attempted to lay things out very clearly, if there is any confusion please post questions in the comments and I will do my best to address them. If there is any concern in the balancing of the points and the type of art that is rewarded, please post in the comments and I will do my best to address that as well.
